VYRON // GDPR

Privacy policy

This page explains, plainly, which personal data we process about you, why and for how long, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Effective from: 21 October 2026

1. Who is the controller

The controller of your personal data is Ondřej Havlíček, a private individual based in Česká Třebová, Czech Republic (operator of vyronanalysis.eu and the VYRON project).

Contact for anything related to personal data: info@vyronanalysis.eu.

2. What data we collect

The data you enter yourself in the non-binding pre-registration form (Tally):

  • name,
  • e-mail address,
  • the plan / price variant you signed up for,
  • traffic source (e.g. where you came to the form from – the utm_source parameter or campaign).

If you e-mail us, we also process your e-mail address and the content of your message so we can reply.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

Purpose: recording your non-binding pre-registration and contacting you about the VYRON beta and pilot (e.g. a beta invitation, launch news, arranging a club pilot).

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form. Consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time.

We don't sell your data, don't pass it on to third parties for marketing and don't use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who handles the data (processor)

The form is run by Tally BV, Belgium (EU), as our processor. Form submissions are stored with Tally. See Tally's privacy policy: tally.so/help/privacy-policy.

You open the Tally form via a link – vyronanalysis.eu itself does not load any Tally scripts.

5. How long we keep it

Until the beta launch, but no longer than 12 months after you submit the form, or until you withdraw consent – whichever comes first. After that we delete it.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your data (what we hold about you),
  • rectification of inaccurate data,
  • erasure of your data,
  • object to the processing and ask for it to be restricted,
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal,
  • data portability,
  • lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz, or with the supervisory authority in your EU country.

Just write to info@vyronanalysis.eu. We'll reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest.

7. Cookies and analytics

vyronanalysis.eu uses no cookies and no tracking tools. Fonts and all files are served from our own site.

If we add visitor analytics in the future, we will use cookieless Plausible Analytics: it only measures anonymous aggregate statistics (e.g. number of visits and referrers), stores nothing on your device and does not identify individuals. We will update this page if that happens.

8. Training videos

Video technique analysis – coming soon (beta for pilot clubs). Once it is available, our promise applies: training videos stay on your device and are never uploaded to our servers or anyone else's. Video is processed right on your device.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, e.g. when we add a new feature or service. The current version, with its effective date, is always on this page.
